Hello! We’re Matt and Alli. Matt's the guy covered in flour, and Alli’s the one making sure everything runs smoothly and helps get the loaves to you!

Matt’s been obsessed with perfecting his sourdough for over ten years! Our family has definitely been living the dream when it comes to fresh, crusty loaves on tap. And now, we’re finally sharing that bread love beyond our kitchen. We’re starting small (hello Bexley/Joyden's Wood punters!) but who knows where this doughy adventure will take us?

Every loaf is handmade with care, using slow fermentation, natural leavening, and traditional methods that have stood the test of time. We don’t cut corners - just freshly baked, delicious, chewy sourdough with no nasties!

Our goal? To bring real, honest bread to your table. Whether it’s for your morning toast, a sandwich masterpiece, or just torn and dipped into something delicious, we hope it brings a little joy and a lot of flavour.
